Auger anchors are recommended on structures installed on dirt, ground, or gravel, and may be needed to certify the structure in your region. Additional charges may apply; however, the cost is reflected in the price. Rebar pins come standard and are included at no additional cost.
 
 All of our shelter prices INCLUDE FREE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION! However, if you are interested in having your metal shelter delivered as a kit, we will apply a 5% discount to the total price. ** Note, we do not currently provide installation manuals or instructions.

ROOF STYLES /// There are three roof styles to choose for your metal shelter. Regular roof styles include a 6" roof overhang on the front and back. A-Frame roof styles have a 6" roof overhang on all four eaves. A vertical roof, depending on state, may or may not have a 6' overhang on the front and back. Please keep this in mind when determining your building size and dimensions. Check Frequently Asked Questions for information on the roof pitch or call our experts.

Carport Roof Styles
CERTIFIED /// Every Elephant Structure sold is designed and verified by a certified engineer and is rated for wind and snow loads. Elephant Structures cannot be held responsible for changes in your specific county standards so please verify the standards with your local county inspector. You may need to obtain a permit prior to installation. If you require a permit, you must specify a Certified structure. Engineered drawings are available on all regular sized certified buildings at no additional cost. If you require wet stamped drawings, additional costs will apply.

GALVANIZED FRAME /// Elephant Structures uses a 14 gauge galvanized steel frame standard with all orders. The 12 gauge option, 30% thicker, includes an additional 20 year limited warranty against rust.
VERTICAL ORIENTATION /// Vertical roofing is recommended on structures longer than 31 feet. Vertical siding is also available. Please note, vertical siding and roofing includes additional framing that may add to the overall strength of your metal building.
